Making Cartridges Last Longer
27 February at 22:39 from atlas
Before printing, think about if you really need hard copies and whether it's better to email documents for review instead of printing them out. Most printers have low-quality or draft settings, which you can use to save ink. If your document isn't important for a presentation, consider making lower-quality copies to help toner last longer. To keep ink cartridges working efficiently, print something, even if it's just one page, once a week so your print nozzles don't dry out.
